Так начнем:
1.Выберите любую песню (не полную)нарезку
2.Ищем и заходим в папку вашего сервера cstrike\cfg\mani_admin_plugin ищем там текстовый документ под названием "soundlist.txt"
3.Если у вас там пусто там напишите там:

Waiting For Suspect" admin_plugin/waitingforsuspect.mp3
4.В конце написано "Waiting For Suspect" admin_plugin/waitingforsuspect.mp3 то что в скобках "Wating For Supect" Это будет название трека в Mani Admin Plugin
5.Заменяем музыку на свою вот я взял музыку под названием 4uter
6.Заходите в cstrike\sound\mani admin plugin и добавляете свой трек,теперь пишем свой путь в конце
Вот у меня получилось так :"What To Fuck" admin_plugin/4uter.mp3
И просто в soundlist.txt в конце исправляем на вашу строчку!
